Warranty

Khila Life promises to replace products if they are damaged or have manufacturer defects upon arrival. Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects of the product.

Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped paint are not reasons for replacement. They will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they come from everyday use of the product. Intentional damage to and misuse of the product can also void the warranty. Any possible deformation or flaw from placing it in the freezer, fridge, dishwasher or other will also void the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please message us via the contact box here with the subject warranty, including pictures of the defect, a brief description of the issue and your original order number.

This warranty is valid for 6 months following purchase.
