Returns process
To return your items please click on the link below, Khila does not offer free returns at the moment.
Should you choose not to use the returns portal, please return goods in their original packaging to the address below. This address can also be found on your despatch note and we ask you to pop that into your return parcel otherwise it won’t be possible to identify your original order number. Khila Life Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us. Please include the return note with your parcel.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Our Pods come with a manufacturers warranty valid for a period of 1 year after purchase. Any items purchased via a 3rd party retailer must be returned to that retailer. (please see the terms of warranty here {link})
Please note: We require a proof of purchase for any returns requested. The refunded amount will be equal to the purchase price and does not include original shipping charges. We aim to credit your original payment method within 14 working days of receipt of valid return.
Unfortunately we cannot refund Pod systems that have been used or if any of the protective box seals have been broken. This is due to Health & Safety reasons given the nature of the supplements and medicines that may have been put into the pods thus rendering them unsafe for resale.
Arrived damaged
If any Khila Pods are damaged in transit we would ask for proof of damage. If the damage has been caused by a carrier used by Khila Life and is valid we will replace your pod system free of charge.
Cancellation of Order
As soon as you receive your order confirmation e-mail, you will have up to one hour in which to cancel and receive a full refund. After this it will be very difficult for your order to be cancelled as it will have already been processed.
The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage fee in the case that they cancel an order and it has already passed the point at which it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders to the U.K. mainland for orders less than £100 excluding taxes and after using the coupon (if applicable). If your order amounts to more than £100, the costs charged will be applied as follows.
UK Mainland – tracked – £5.90
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country.
Khila Life Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can Khila Life Ltd predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled exclusively by the recipient.
If the recipient refuses to pay for customs duties and avoids the order’s delivery, Khila Life Ltd will arrange a partial refund that will never include shipping fees (even if originally offered by Khila Life Ltd) and any other additional charge applied by customs.
All orders are shipped via standard shipping service.
Usually, the preparation and shipping of your order will take 1 to 2 working days, while delivery timing by the courier may change depending on the destination: – UK: From 1 to 5 working days;
– Rest of the world: Times vary depending on destination, customs procedures in force, etc.
Once your order is ready to leave, you will receive the tracking number. Please note that the updated status of your parcel will be available after a few hours. We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered quickly.
