Who is the Khila vitamin and supplement organiser for?
Our organiser has been created to support anyone who takes vitamins, supplements and/or medication on a daily basis as well as those who want to stick to their healthy habits whilst travelling for longer periods.
What material is the Khila organiser made from?
Good bye ugly plastic! We have made our organiser as sustainable as we can. We use aluminium and post consumer recycled plastic for the pods. The strap is made from vegan leather and the protective bag is made from recycled plastic bottles. We promise to continually strive to be as sustainable across the entire business.
How many compartments does the Khila organiser have?
There are 7 inter-lockable pods that can be filled with your daily intake of supplements. This flexibility means you can plan daily, weekly or a.m./p.m. There is a top and base closure for added functionality so whether you need it for 1 day or 7 days the system can be adjusted. We have made the bottom pod slightly smaller for those who need a compact, daily organiser which fits even the tiniest of bags.
How do I clean my Khila Life Pod?
Please do not put your Khila Life pod system in a dishwasher. We recommend wiping it out with a damp soft cloth or the protective bag that is included with the accessories.
Are there any other colours available?
We have launched with two great colours - Khila teal and Khila Slate. We'll be launching limited editions of the Khila Life Pod so let us know what colour you'd like to see next!
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping to mainland UK is covered by us. Shipping to anywhere outside of mainland UK starts from £7.99 so be sure to check where we ship to you.
Are your packing materials recyclable?
Yes, the box components are all recyclable and we use recycled boxes as our protective packaging to ensure your organiser reaches you in perfect condition.

What happens if my Khila Life Pod arrives damaged?
If any Khila Pods are damaged in transit, then we will replace them free of charge.
Can I get a full refund on my Khila Life Pod?
As long as the security tags have not been broken and the product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days to process the refund. As we don’t know what may have been put in the pods if used you’ll understand we can’t resell them for healthy & safety reasons. Can I return my Khila Life Pod that I purchased and shipped internationally?
Yes, the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer and the refund amount will have the original shipping cost deducted. Read our full returns policy here
How many pills can a Khila Life Pod hold?
Just like us, vitamins and supplements come in all different sizes! At Khila HQ Joanne has filled an individual pod with 15 of her daily essential supplements but it will vary depending on how many and the type of vitamins and supplements that you take.

When will I receive my Khila Life Pod?
If you are based in mainland UK, you will receive the pod in 2-3 days. If you are based outside of Mainland UK, you will receive the Khila Life Pod within 5 - 7 days but this is subject to the rules of import for your country and might be longer.
Does Khila ship internationally?
We sure do, we ship to the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country. Khila Life Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can Khila Life Ltd predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled exclusively by the recipient. How will I know that my order has been dispatched?
We will send you a confirmation email and order updates as your organiser makes its way to you. In some circumstances full tracking might not be available for your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and that will have a tracker for you to be able to keep up to date with your package!
Can I edit/cancel my order?
As soon as you receive your order confirmation email, you will have up to one hour in which to amend or cancel to receive a full refund. After this it might be very difficult for your order to be cancelled as it may have already been processed, our warehousing team are super efficient like that.
